Shipping
Policy
After receiving order confirmation it will take about 2-5 business days for the order to be processed for shipping. Please contact us through onestopkpopllc@gmail.com, or customerservice@onestopkpop.shop, if your order has not been shipped out after 5 business days. ​
Shipping will take about 1-2 weeks depending on courier system and tracking information will be available for you to follow along. If there are any concerns with tracking an order please contact the emails above for more help.
Items ordered during pre-order period may affect the estimated time period of your order. Orders are sent out when all items are available and ready to ship.

Refund & Exchange
We do not do returns as products may have been opened. If your item arrives damaged/missing we will issue a refund or replacement after communicating with staff and filing your case. Please reach out to us if your items arrived damaged or if you need any help with your purchased item. We recommend taking images of the damaged package/goods. We will uphold our promise to create the best shopping experience for our customers by working with you to find a solution.

Where Do We Ship?

We are a new shop! One Stop K-Pop was started by a K-Pop fan and her love for collecting albums. We understand what it means to be a fan and wanting to support your fav's and their music. So, from a girl and her albums, I hope you enjoy your shopping experience at One Stop K-Pop :)

We are doing our best on our side to limit how much waste goes out into the environment. From eco-friendly packaging to reused packaging we are committed to becoming a business that can bring people happiness without using and creating too much waste. Not to worry though, your albums will absolutely be protected!
